
Smoothie is a quick, easy and healthy breakfast. Not just for breakfast but you can enjoy it any time of the day. Here is my recipe of mixed berries smoothie, I have used mixed frozen berries which includes blackberries, raspberries, blackcurrant, blue berries.
Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups of frozen berries of your choice
1 banana
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 cup of milk
Method:
Put all ingredients into the blender and blend into smooth paste. If you don’t get frozen fruits then use normal ones and add few ice cubes while blending.
Your breakfast smoothie is ready, top it up with some chopped fruits and seeds.
Milk you can replace with soy or almond milk as per your choice.
