Oats & chocolate bites is a perfect snack to be had between meals that is delicious, yet healthy and nutritional. Best part about these bites is that they are easy to make and takes no more than 30 minutes! Here is the recipe, do not miss out on this one 🙂
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of dates
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of walnuts
1 tbsp of ghee/ clarified butter
Dry roast the oats on medium high flame. Blend dates in a blender to form a smooth paste, do not add water to it. Also, chop walnuts into small pieces or grind it into powder.
Now mix roasted oats, dates paste, cocoa powder and walnut powder together. Continue mixing everything properly and add ghee to it.
Form small balls of this mixture & our chocolates bites are ready.
